Iterative Health, a healthcare technology and services company, is seeking a Director of Life Sciences to accelerate growth in our clinical trials business. You will identify, develop, and expand partnerships with biopharma sponsors, overseeing the full business development lifecycle from market engagement to contract negotiation.

Collaborate with clinical operations, product, scientific, and leadership teams to craft commercial strategies, drive revenue, and expand sponsor networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 8+ years in business development or related commercial roles in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from market engagement to deal execution.
• Develop strategic BD plans to drive sponsor engagement and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with clinical ops, product, scientific, and leadership teams.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences

8+ years in business development

Experience in biotech/pharma

Clinical research ecosystem knowledge
