Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development or sales within physical access control or related tech
• Experience selling to end-user organizations and managing complex sales cycles
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences and regulatory environments
• Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to win Life Sciences opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with security, IT, operations, and leadership stakeholders
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation and closure
• Present HID PACS solutions, deliver training and consultative guidance
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline in company systems
