Job summary

HID Global Corporation is seeking an End User Business Development Manager, Life Sciences, to drive growth across North America with a primary focus on the Eastern United States. This role engages directly with end-user customers to identify opportunities and promote HID PACS in regulated environments.

You will lead consultative sales, build relationships with security, IT, and operations leaders, and manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with product, engineering, and channel teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business development, sales, or account management experience within physical access control, electronic security, or related technology industries.
• Experience selling directly to end-user organizations and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of Life Sciences industry and customer buying processes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing business development strategies to identify and secure new opportunities within the Life Sciences market segment.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers across security, IT, operations, and leadership.
• Managing full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Positioning HID Physical Access Control Solutions including mobile credentials and authentication technologies.
• Delivering customer presentations, demonstrations, and consultative guidance.
