Job summary

HID Global, a leader in physical access control solutions, seeks a results-oriented End User Business Development Manager in a remote US role. You will engage with end-user customers in North America, craft value propositions for industrial markets, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.

The role emphasizes solution selling, deep PACS knowledge, and collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, sales, or account management experience in physical access control, electronic security, or related technology solutions.
• Experience selling to end-user or industrial markets and navigating complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on end-user customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with security, IT, and operations leaders.
• Educate, demonstrate, and train customers on HID PACS capabilities and deployment considerations.
• Represent HID at trade shows, events, and customer forums and monitor pipeline health.
