Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking an Animal Health & Congress Project Manager to lead life sciences congresses in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will own the planning journey from registration and logistics to budgets, supplier coordination, and final reconciliation.

You will manage attendee registration, rooming, communications and reporting while sourcing and negotiating with hotels, DMCs, transportation partners and venues.

Qualifications

• College degree in Event Management or similar.
• Pharmaceutical compliance knowledge.
• Familiarity with Cvent and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Sciences congresses and related meetings from planning through closeout.
• Own budgeting, supplier coordination and final reconciliation.
• Coordinate attendee registration, rooming, communications and reports.
• Source, negotiate and manage hotels, DMCs, transportation and venues.
