Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an experienced Manager to drive commercial transformation for life sciences clients. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, translate strategy into actionable plans, and guide teams through governance, adoption, and delivery.

You will partner with technology, analytics, AI, and change teams to ensure practical, executable solutions and tangible value realization across field, marketing, and patient services.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across one or more functions (field, marketing, market access, patient services, medical, or commercial operations).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or an equivalent internal corporate strategy role.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Lead client workstreams translating strategy to executable transformation.
Shape workplans, milestones, deliverables, and decision points.
Manage analysts/consultants to produce client-ready outputs.
Oversee day-to-day client relationships, meetings, risks, and next steps.
Translate commercial strategy into operating model activation and adoption plans.
Identify value unlocks linking activities to measurable outcomes.
