Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of life sciences commercial experience across multiple functions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, professional services, or equivalent internal corporate strategy role.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workstreams to move commercial strategy from design into execution.
• Translate strategy into future-state processes, business requirements, governance, and adoption plans.
• Support technology-enabled transformation across CRM, omnichannel, analytics, and reporting platforms.
• Identify AI, automation, and agentic workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional workshops with business, technology, analytics, operations, change, and training stakeholders.
