Qualifications

• Ten or more years delivering consulting in Life Sciences commercial strategy and related areas.
• Eight or more years in end-to-end drug/therapy launches, pricing, access, and commercial ops.
• Experience in market access, payer strategy, drug pricing, and distribution strategy.
• Eight or more years leading design-led processes with cross-functional teams and delivery squads.
• Experience establishing AI-enabled workflows and driving AI adoption across teams or clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences commercial strategy engagements across asset and launch planning, segmentation, pricing, and market access.
• Conduct and oversee qualitative and quantitative research to translate insights into differentiated journeys and products.
• Apply design research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy to connect human needs with business outcomes.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into roadmaps and agile delivery.
• Lead engagement delivery and contribute to practice growth, including proposals, thought leadership, and coaching.
