Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Commercial Strategy & Experience Design to lead high-impact engagements with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. You will shape asset and launch planning, pricing, market access, and channel strategy while guiding experiences from strategy through build and iteration.

You will work with Capgemini Invent and frog teams, applying human-centered design, research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting to deliver

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience delivering consulting engagements in Life Sciences.
• Experience across end-to-end drug or therapy launch, market access, payer strategy, pricing, and distribution.
• Strong executive communication and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences commercial strategy engagements from launch planning to adoption.
• Oversee research to identify patient, provider, and customer needs and translate insights into journeys and services.
• Collaborate with strategy, design, product, engineering, data, and technology teams to deliver roadmaps and agile delivery.
