Capgemini Invent seeks a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Commercial Strategy & Experience Design to lead high-impact engagements across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients. You will drive go-to-market, pricing, access strategies, and patient services while guiding teams through strategy, design, and delivery from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 10+ years delivering consulting engagements in Life Sciences commercial strategy, experience strategy, product strategy, service design, or human-centered design.
• 8+ years of hands-on Life Sciences commercial experience across end-to-end launches, pricing, access and operations.
• 8+ years leading design-led processes with digital product and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences commercial strategy engagements spanning asset and launch planning and pricing.
• Oversee research to identify patient, provider, and customer needs and translate insights into differentiated journeys and experiences.
• Apply design research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and experience strategy to create commercially viable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams through strategy, concept, build, launch, and iteration.
• Manage engagement delivery, scope, timelines, risks, margins, and contribute to proposals and growth.
