Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Commercial Strategy & Experience Design to lead high‑impact engagements for pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients.

You will shape strategy through launch, pricing, access and adoption, working with senior executives and multidisciplinary teams to translate business challenges into viable experiences from strategy to build, launch and iteration.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience delivering consulting engagements in Life Sciences commercial strategy, experience strategy, product strategy, service design, or human-centered design, including leadership of client engagements and multidisciplinary teams.
• At least eight years of hands-on Life Sciences commercial experience across launch, segmentation and targeting, sales force sizing/deployment, go-to-market execution, patient services, customer engagement, and commercial operations.
• Substantive experience in market access, payer strategy, drug pricing, distribution strategy, with understanding of effect on patient access and commercial performance.
• Eight years leading design-led processes with digital product/delivery teams, including design research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, concept development, roadmap creation, agile delivery, and translation of experience strategy into build priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences commercial strategy engagements across asset/launch planning, market access, pricing, patient services, and distribution, including loss-of-exclusivity planning.
• Translate clinical and commercial insights into differentiated journeys, experiences, and services through research and design methods.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to develop roadmaps, agile delivery plans, and launch/adoption strategies.
• Oversee engagement delivery, manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, margins, and financial performance, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
