Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Consultant to advance analytics and business insights across Life Sciences, with emphasis on Sales & Marketing functions. You will build client relationships, lead workstreams, and contribute to practice growth through sales, recruitment, training, and team engagement.

Expect diverse projects and on-site client exposure, including AI-driven CRM strategies and data-enabled decisions.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience at a consulting firm focusing on analytics and business insights in Life Sciences.
• Experience with industry data sets like clinical, claims, and specialty channel data (IQVIA, Symphony).
• Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python, R, Scala) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience leveraging AI/GenAI for client transformations.
• Leadership, client workshop development, deck writing, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transformation projects with on-site client managers.
• Develop client relationships and support practice growth through sales and recruitment.
• Present insights using PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project scope and timelines.
• Support business development efforts including proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
• Nurture and develop team members and recruit talent.
