Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Senior Manager, Life Sciences Commercial Strategy & Experience Design, to lead engagements across pharma, biotech, and medical device clients. You will combine Life Sciences expertise with experience design and product fluency, guiding work from strategy through build, launch, and iteration with multidisciplinary teams.

You will partner with senior client executives and Capgemini Invent and frog teams to frame challenges, uncover needs, and define viable strategies

Qualifications

• AI and GenAI literacy demonstrated across strategy, technology, data, and design.
• Deep Life Sciences commercial lifecycle knowledge across launch, pricing, access, distribution.
• Human-centered design methods: research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, concept development.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Life Sciences commercial strategy engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee research to identify patient, provider, and customer needs and translate insights into journeys and experiences.
• Apply design research and service blueprinting to create commercially viable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to roadmap delivery from strategy to build and launch.
• Manage scope, timelines, risks, and financial performance; support proposals and thought leadership.
