Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs across Life Sciences manufacturing, supply chain, laboratory operations and quality. You will shape future operating models, roadmaps, and value realization with senior client stakeholders.

You will mentor teams, drive business development, and strengthen executive relationships while advancing Capgemini’s smart factory and GenAI initiatives across pharma, biotech and healthcare

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs within Life Sciences.
• At least 6 years of consulting experience advising Life Sciences clients.
• Experience developing future-state operating models, business cases, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Life Sciences manufacturing, supply chain, laboratory, and quality environments, delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on Smart Factory, digital manufacturing, and AI-enabled transformation strategies.
• Design operating models, roadmaps, and value realization frameworks aligned with client objectives.
• Manage end-to-end engagement delivery including scope, budget, staffing, risk management, and executive communications.
• Drive business development through proposals, RFP responses, and account growth.
• Build executive relationships and identify opportunities to expand accounts.
• Champion AI and GenAI-enabled innovation to improve productivity and compliance.
• Contribute to Life Sciences offerings, accelerators, and differentiated solutions.
• Lead and develop consulting teams and support recruiting and knowledge sharing.
