Job summary

Celonis, the global leader in Process Intelligence, is seeking a Client Value Partner to lead value-based engagements with Life Sciences customers. You will guide large teams and serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives, shaping long-term Celonis value realization and transformational programs.

This role demands 15+ years of experience in customer success or strategy consulting, MBA preferred, and ability to travel 25-50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with AI-driven transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive change and value for executives.
• Strong analytical and consulting capabilities; capable of navigating large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, embedding Celonis into strategic objectives.
• Staff engagements with global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Product & Engineering).
• Mentor customers on organization design and Centers of Excellence maturation for adoption of the Celonis platform.
• Mentor and coach team members and provide feedback to managers on performance.
