Celonis in New York is seeking a Client Value Partner (CVP) to lead AI-driven transformations for our Life Sciences customers. You will steer large, cross-functional teams to ensure value realization and strong executive sponsorship across strategic accounts.

As the trusted advisor for senior executives, you will define long-term vision, collaborate with global Celonis resources, and drive measurable business impact while championing innovative change within fast-paced, complex organizations.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in industry required.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Experience with end-to-end large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with AI-based transformation is a strong plus.
• Strong change management experience and executive relationship management.
• Ability to navigate large global organizations and persuade with data and facts.
• Experience selling opportunities with internal resources and senior executives.
• Strong communication and solution-design skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead extensive teams of Celonis experts to drive value realization for top Life Sciences customers.
• Act as the accountable lead for customer success, engaging with C-Level executives to define long-term vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business impact and accelerate platform adoption.
• Champion transformational initiatives across Celonis and customer accounts to maximize value.
