Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of life sciences BD or sales experience.
• Experience selling to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or diagnostics organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field.
• Strong prospecting, consultative selling, and account management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent communication, organization and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, and diagnostics accounts.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Manage prospecting, customer meetings, follow-up activities, and pipeline development.
• Develop proposals and customized solutions with internal teams.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and business opportunities.
• Create and execute strategic account plans.
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
• Deliver presentations to scientific and commercial stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM records, forecasts, and activity tracking.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
