Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager in Minnesota to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office. You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across multiple workstreams, and drive governance for senior leaders.

You will leverage AI-powered project management tools, automate routine tasks, and coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to keep progress integrated and transparent.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience in complex environments.
Proven ability to design and maintain operating rhythms (cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, budget tracking).
Experience leveraging AI-powered PM tools to improve visibility and reduce manual effort.
Strong executive-ready written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams including consultants, technologists, and change practitioners.

Responsibilities

Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline program operations and maintain an integrated view of progress, dependencies, and risks across teams.
Coordinate with Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to ensure alignment and transparency.
Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking in a fast-moving engagement.
