Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office within the Life Sciences practice. You will manage communications, milestone tracking, portfolio reporting, and operating cadence across multiple workstreams, leveraging automation and AI tools to increase visibility and efficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of program or project management experience in a top-tier firm or complex enterprise.
Proven ability to design and maintain operating rhythms (cadence, status, risk logs, budget tracking) for senior executives.
Experience using AI-powered project management and automation to improve visibility.
Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams; ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams.
Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting for leadership.
Leverage AI-powered project management tools and automation to streamline program operations.
Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain an integrated view of progress.
Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
