Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Program Management Lead to orchestrate complex SAP transformations for clients in the US. You will coordinate business, functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams under a unified plan, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.

You will leverage AI-first delivery methods, drive governance forums, and partner with client executives to shape strategy, manage risk, and realize business value across multi-workstream programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years SAP consulting or business transformation experience.
• Proven track record delivering large SAP programs with multi-workstream coordination.
• Experience with phase gates, readiness assessments, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance, delivery frameworks, and tools for large SAP transformations.
• Lead day-to-day program delivery across all workstreams with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Own integrated program plan, manage inter-workstream dependencies and resource planning.
• Lead phase gate readiness and go/no-go decisions with executive alignment.
• Drive AI-first delivery practices to improve visibility, planning, and value realization.
