Job summary
Accenture’s Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to drive AI-enabled transformation programs. You will oversee communications, milestones, budgeting, and governance across workstreams, leveraging automation to increase speed and reduce manual effort.

Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-workstream programs from initiation to completion.
- Proven ability to design operating rhythms and report to senior executives.
- Experience using AI-powered PM tools to improve visibility.
- Strong written and verbal communications for executive audiences.
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage project communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
- Track budget actuals against plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
- Leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline operations.
- Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to maintain progress view.
- Maintain operating cadence: cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
