Job summary

Talent Groups seeks an experienced Senior Technology Program Manager to lead a large-scale AI and technology transformation program, focusing on enterprise technology program management, SDLC, governance, risk management, and executive stakeholder communications.

The role coordinates multiple technical workstreams across engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, finance, and business teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of milestones and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Program Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software delivery, and technology implementation lifecycles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, infrastructure, security, operations, risk, finance, and business stakeholders.
• Strong experience with program governance, steering committees, executive reporting, RAID management, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, planning, execution, and delivery for a large-scale technology transformation initiative.
• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, including milestones, dependencies, deliverables, critical path, and key outcomes.
• Coordinate multiple technical workstreams and ensure alignment across engineering, infrastructure, operations, security, risk, finance, and business teams.
• Establish and lead program governance forums, steering committees, workstream reviews, and executive-level status meetings.
