Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to serve as the operational backbone of the AI Transformation Office in Life Sciences. You will manage communications, milestones, and portfolio reporting across all workstreams, ensuring visibility and momentum.

You will drive AI-enabled program management, leverage automation tools, and coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators, with travel as required to client sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program or project management at top-tier firms or complex enterprises.
• Designing and maintaining program operating rhythms for exec audiences.
• Experience using AI-driven PM tools to improve visibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across all transformation workstreams.
• Track budget variances and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered project management tools to streamline operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators.
• Maintain operating cadence with status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
