Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Organization Change Management leader to guide large-scale transformations in AI-enabled environments. You will design and drive change programs, partner with clients on GenAI adoption, and leverage data-driven insights to shape workforce readiness and adoption strategies.

You will work across organizations to align leadership, processes, and learning with evolving technology, ensuring human accountability and governance throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ Organization Change Management experience.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a consulting practitioner.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on technology-enabled or digital transformation initiatives (GenAI exposure preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of Software & Platforms or High-Tech Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale reinvention efforts, including reimagining work, workforce models, and human-centered experiences in data-driven environments.
• Lead and design enterprise change programs, helping clients execute and sustain change with evolving roles and skills.
• Partner with clients to define how GenAI is used across the organization, with governance and human accountability.
• Use data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights to assess readiness, adoption, and behavior change.
• Design agile, future-ready change strategies enabling new ways of working with humans and digital tools.
• Apply human-centered design to co-create scalable change journeys, using GenAI to accelerate engagement content and manager enablement.
• Help clients build lasting change capabilities to adapt as technology and work models evolve.
• Contribute to Accenture business development through proposals and client relationships.
• Be willing to travel as needed to support clients.
