Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Program Management Lead for SAP transformations in the United States. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of total professional experience in SAP consulting, enterprise technology, or business transformation.
• Minimum of 8 years leading large-scale SAP programs or enterprise ERP transformations in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Minimum 3 full end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles, with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establish fit-for-purpose program governance, operating models, delivery frameworks, and tools for large SAP transformations tailored to the client environment.
• Serve as the Program Management Lead, providing day-to-day leadership across all program workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, managing critical path activities, inter-workstream dependencies, milestone achievement, resource planning, and overall program health.
• Lead phase gate and readiness management across the program, ensuring entry/exit criteria, evidence-based readiness assessments, and go/no-go decisions.
• Lead your team and drive alignment across functional, technical, deployment, testing, data, and change teams, removing obstacles and maintaining momentum.
• Establish and lead executive governance forums, preparing actionable insights for client and Accenture leadership.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, guiding toward leading practices and shaping decisions for SAP-enabled transformations.
• Drive timely decision-making by synthesizing information into actionable recommendations and aligning stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Monitor and manage program financials, resource utilization, forecasting, delivery performance, and value realization metrics.
• Champion AI-first delivery practices using GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity and quality.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders, SAP partners, and Accenture leadership to ensure program success.
• Support origination and sales pursuits by shaping delivery strategies and contributing to proposals.
• Be a thought leader contributing to SAP delivery methodologies and coaching future SAP leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% based on client engagement requirements.
