Accenture is seeking an experienced Reinvention Program Manager to lead AI-driven transformation programs in Life Sciences. You will coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators to keep milestones, budgets, and communications on track.

You’ll implement AI-enabled PM tools, maintain governance materials for senior leaders, and drive clarity in risk and dependency management—an essential role for high-visibility engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering multi-workstream programs in a complex enterprise or top-tier consulting environment.
• Ability to design and maintain program operating rhythms (cadence calls, status reporting, risk logs, budgets).
• Experience using AI-enabled project management and automation to improve visibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications, milestone tracking, and portfolio reporting across transformation workstreams.
• Track budget actuals, surface variances, and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline program operations.
• Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to maintain an integrated progress view.
• Maintain operating cadence with regular status updates and risk logs.
