• Track budget actuals vs. plan and support governance reporting to leadership.
• Leverage AI-powered PM tools and automation to streamline operations.
• Coordinate across Transformers, Workforce Architects, and AI & Data Innovators for integrated progress.
• Maintain operating cadence with cadence calls, status reports, risk logs, and action tracking.
