Cloudbyz, a Salesforce-native eClinical platform provider, seeks an Account Manager (Client Partner) for Life Sciences in Warrenville, IL (hybrid) or remote, US; Bengaluru, India. You will manage a portfolio of life sciences customers, driving retention, expansion, and measurable value.

You will co-create multi-year strategies, align Cloudbyz capabilities with clinical, safety, and business goals, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management or enterprise SaaS sales, with 5+ years serving life sciences customers.
• Proven ability to renew and expand an enterprise book of business.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain C-level relationships and lead executive business reviews.
• Solid understanding of clinical development and pharmacovigilance operations and the technology that supports them.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end relationship for assigned accounts and be the primary point of accountability for outcomes.
• Co-create a 12–36 month account strategy and execution roadmap aligned to pipeline and digital goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual executive business reviews (EBRs).
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver on the plan (Solutions Architects, PMs, Customer Success, Support).
• Drive renewals, expansions, cross-sell, and return on investment for executives.
