Job summary

FORMULATRIX seeks an Applications Sales Specialist to drive Ultrafiltration/TFF solutions across the Western US and Canada. You will manage the full sales process, deliver product demos, and provide expert applications support and training to customers.

Ideal candidates have a BSc in life sciences, hands-on TFF or membrane tech experience, and strong communication skills. Travel across the Western US and Canada is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in tangential flow filtration (TFF) or related separation techniques.
• Solid knowledge of biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to bridge science and sales.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across the Western US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, pricing, and closing.
• Deliver compelling customer demos and provide hands-on support during product evaluations.
• Provide expert applications support, training, and ensure seamless onboarding for customers.
• Travel across the territory to meet customers and represent FORMULATRIX at industry events.
