Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Donation Support Services Coordinator to join our 24/7 response team. You will be the first line of communication between hospitals, donor families, and clinical partners, evaluating referrals and guiding the donation process with care and precision.

The role requires excellent communication, calm under pressure, and a compassionate approach to families. Prior healthcare or EMS exposure is preferred, with overnight shifts and weekends possible.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in call center or dispatch roles is preferred.
Typing and data-entry skills, with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from hospitals and healthcare partners.
Evaluate referrals for potential donors in real time.
Guide the donation process with compassion and precision.
Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
Document and track critical information in fast-paced environments.
Collaborate with clinical teams for time-sensitive decisions.
