Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Donation Support Services Coordinator to join our 24/7 response team, serving as the first line of communication between hospitals, donor families, and clinical partners. You will evaluate referrals in real time and guide the donation process with compassion.

Responsibilities include coordinating organ, tissue, and eye donations, documenting critical information, and collaborating with clinical teams to support time-sensitive decisions in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or medical-related certification preferred.
• Some post-secondary education considered helpful.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate referrals for potential donors in real time.
• Communicate with donor families through the donation process and obtain consent.
• Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support time-sensitive decisions.
• Document and track critical information in fast-paced environments.
