Job summary

Network for Hope (NFH) is seeking a Donation Support Services Coordinator to join our 24/7 response team. You will answer hospital referrals, guide the donation process with compassion, and coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations.

You will evaluate referrals in real time, communicate with donor families, and collaborate with clinical teams to support time-sensitive decisions while maintaining accuracy and empathy in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or social services setting preferred.
• Strong communication and empathy when interacting with donor families and hospital partners.
• Ability to multi-task, document accurately and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming hospital calls and evaluate potential donor referrals in real time.
• Guide the donation process with compassion, obtaining consent and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics for organ, tissue, and eye donations with clinical teams.
• Collaborate with hospitals and partners to support time-sensitive decisions.
• Document critical information accurately in fast-paced environments.
