Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or Health Care related field required.
• Three plus years of professional experience in communicating with individuals or coaching behavior change; healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry; strong internet research skills including social media.

Responsibilities

• Locate donors using recruitment data and alternate contacts; use online tools to update contact information.
• Educate donors and reinforce commitment and retention messages; ask open-ended questions.
• Conduct donor health screening and assess medical and non-medical factors for participation.
• Coordinate blood draws, kit ordering, and donor tracking; maintain documentation in STAR Link/Salesforce.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely, compliant donor records; support cross-team handoffs.
