Job summary

Integrity is seeking a sales support specialist to handle outbound and inbound requests from marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail, provide case consultation to agents, and maintain agent information in the company database.

You will assist agents through the sales cycle, including licensing, contracting and new business support, with follow-up on quotes, illustrations and materials. You may also make outbound calls to promote Integrity's value proposition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Iowa Insurance license within 90 days.
• One year of related sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.

What You’ll Be Responsible For.

• Handle outbound and inbound requests to marketers, agents and office staff by telephone and e-mail.
• Provide sales support and case consultation to agents regarding potential sales opportunities.

• Assist agents throughout the sales cycle until they are paid including help with licensing, contracting and new business assistance.
• Maintain contact with agents/staff through outbound follow up calls on product quotes, illustrations, and materials provided.

Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Licensing:

• Iowa Insurance license required within 90 days.
• Valid driver's license is required.
