Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Documenting incoming agent contracts and following the appropriate workflow for the contracting process.
  • Preparing contracts for the submission process (i.e. scrubbing, collecting missing information, etc.)
  • Reaching out to agents to retrieve missing items necessary to complete the onboarding process.
  • Send contracting links in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process contracts through carrier portals.
  • Serve as subject matter expert on agent contracting; assist others as needed with contracting processes.
  • Maintain transparent communication.
  • Appropriately communicate information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM, and regular interpersonal communication.
  • Document discussions, messages, and actions taken to process requests.
  • Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in the time frame provided by leadership; communicating with leadership if time frames cannot be met or tasks cannot be completed as assigned; communicating when further training is needed to complete task.
  • Providing outstanding customer support.
  • Embraces change; demonstrates ability to learn, grown, and continuously improve.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

  • Knowledge of Internet software; Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours during peak times.
  • Must be able to pass monthly OIG and SAM Exclusion List checks.
