Qualifications

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years in administrative, office management, or recruiting roles.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone, greet visitors, and provide a professional first impression of the agency.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure an efficient work environment.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as needed.
  • Support leadership with special projects, events, and administrative duties.
  • Communicate professionally with agents, agencies, clients, carriers, and internal staff.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and personal information.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Recruiting & Agent Support
  • Assist in recruiting efforts.
  • Support agency growth initiatives through agent retention and engagement activities.
  • Assist with organizing recruiting events, agent training, webinars, and meetings.
  • Assist agents through the contracting process and monitor completion of required documentation.
  • Track contract status and proactively follow up on outstanding requirements.
Qualifications: Required
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative, office management, recruiting experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Insurance industry experience.
