You will establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, develop a sales strategy, and maintain an active proposal backlog while building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).
• 5 years minimum B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling a service, intangible, or technical product.
• Experience prospecting, qualifying, solution selling and closing deals.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment with minimal direction and meet quotas.
• Professional communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Oracle systems.
• Strong team-player attitude and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems.
• Establish contact with prospects and qualify buyers of service contracts.
• Develop a sales strategy and maintain an active proposal backlog.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Close sales to meet or exceed sales plan objectives.
• Submit accurate sales reports and expenses.
• Support the service department to generate leads for upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
