Qualifications

• 2+ years of Individual Life Insurance experience mandatory.
• 2+ years of death claims full cycle processing experience mandatory.
• Working knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and guidelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Teams.
• Excellent typing and documentation skills.
• Strong empathy and customer service orientation.
• Effective multitasking between client applications and DXC systems.

Responsibilities

• Process death claim transactions by communicating with agents, beneficiaries and other departments.
• Learn new payment or related processes as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of each policy work item.
• Adhere to client financial guidelines for processing times.
• Report potential fraud or unethical requests identified.
• Perform other related duties as assigned daily.
• Provide elite customer service via letters or phone calls.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
