High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are committed to success.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.

• Agents who cannot invest in their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require constant hand-holding throughout the sales process.

• Agents interested in selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are not coachable or have a large ego that hinders growth.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents with strong communication skills.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium products; our average client pays over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).

We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more dedicated agents.
