We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.
Agents who need to make money out of desperation.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.
Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.
Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-70/month).
Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Competent agents who communicate effectively and speak well.
Agents comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).
We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.
All our business is conducted virtually via telephone and/or Zoom meetings across the US.
Our average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source.
