High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

1. Agents who NEED to make money urgently and are desperate.

2. Agents who CANNOT buy their own leads to make sales.

3. Agents who NEED hand-holding at every step.

4. Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month).

5. Agents who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

1. An agent who is competent, communicates well, and can effectively engage clients.

2. An agent comfortable discussing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.

3. An agent ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT a traditional life insurance company selling standard policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual meetings (telephone and Zoom).

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000.

We do not offer lead assistance programs. We provide high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-performing agents.
