High End Insurance Sales Agency

We are looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently without hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.

• Agents who cannot afford their own leads to make sales.

• Agents who require constant guidance and hand-holding.

• Agents interested in low premium policies ($30-70/month).

• Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, articulate, and communicates effectively.

• An agent comfortable discussing high premium products; our average client pays over $250/month if you know what you're doing.

• An agent who is motivated and ready to follow a proven system.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket products such as IUL (Indexed Universal Life), IBC (Infinite Banking Concept), and FIA (Fixed Indexed Annuities).

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. We operate entirely through virtual sales via telephone and Zoom meetings.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not offer lead assist programs. We have high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team with more qualified agents.
