We are seeking top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and capable of working independently.
Agents who are desperate to make money and need immediate income.
Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads.
Agents who require hand-holding at every step.
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-70/month).
Agents who are not coachable or have a large ego.
Competent agents with excellent communication skills.
Agents comfortable discussing high-premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as Indexed Universal Life (IUL), Infinite Banking Concept (IBC), and Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone and Zoom meetings.
On average, our agents invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads and generate between $7,000 to $15,000 in premiums.
