Extend Your Team is hiring an operations specialist to manage lien filings and related documentation for US mortgage tasks. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to work with external parties, with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.

The candidate will review, file, and maintain records of security documents, coordinate with county/state entities, and support cross-departmental document requests while staying updated on current lien practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years (and above) experience in handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks
• Experience in financial services or related industries (mortgage experience preferred)
• Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Responsibilities

• Reviewing security documents for completeness and recording requirements
• Filing security documents with county/state governmental entities
• Maintain detailed records of filings and correspondence
• Verifying documentation for finalizing the line filing process
• Communicate with external parties to ensure proper filing
• Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to lien filing and account closing documents
• Assisting other departments with document requests and record-keeping
• Stay up-to-date with changes in lien and HELOC documentation practices
