Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to four years of experience in a business/general office environment preferred.
• Experience providing administrative, operational, document-processing, or staff support is desirable.
• Experience with research, data entry, or maintaining records is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Research mortgage-document exceptions and identify solutions when standard documents are unavailable.
• Obtain and review mortgage and custodial documents needed for lien-release activities.
• Enter, maintain, track, and compile information accurately.
• Process exceptions and maintain complete and accurate records.
• Communicate professionally with external parties (title companies, attorneys) via email and phone.
• Provide custodial documentation to attorneys and third parties.
• Track transactions through payoff and ensure items are documented and closed.
• Take ownership of files and follow up on outstanding items.
• Complete quality reviews and ensure compliance with internal/regulatory standards.
