Qualifications

• Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Accurate data receiving and uploading of imaged documents in internal tracking system.
• Coordinate with closing agents, lenders and county records to resolve missing documents.
• Review collateral documents to identify conditions.
• Package and ship trailing documents to end investors.
