Qualifications

• 6 months of mortgage industry experience.
• Data management skills.
• Familiarity with FHA guidelines.
• HUD guidelines knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and related software.
• Typing speed of 60–80 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Protects the privacy of borrowers by ensuring only authorized individuals access confidential loan information.
• Responds to and processes Lien Release tasks using internal/external databases and updates systems.
• Conducts systematic follow-ups on Lien Release requests and prioritizes workflow to meet timeframes.
• Follows procedures and supports audits and other loan servicing functions per guidelines.
• Works independently or in a team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Builds strong relationships with coworkers to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Applies ISN and client policies to Claims-related tasks and inquiries.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
