Job summary

Holman Enterprises in the United States is seeking a Licensing Specialist to manage registration, title, UCC filings, and related licensing cases. You will research and resolve client requests with accuracy and a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2-4 years in case management or admin support, strong problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office. You will use the DMV Terminal to complete cases and ensure compliance, deadlines, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of DMV procedures and vehicle-related transactions is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Researches and resolves client Licensing requests, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Utilizes the DMV Terminal as needed to complete cases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitors, prioritizes, and manages cases and workload.
• Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and effectiveness in work; attention to detail.
