Holman is seeking a Licensing Specialist II to ensure accurate processing and regulatory compliance across vehicle-level and account-based cases. You will investigate rejected cases, use the DMV Terminal, update knowledge articles, and coach peers while maintaining professionalism.

This role demands strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing assignments and learn from experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in case management, administrative support, or customer service is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with office technology and equipment (computers, scanners, printers, phones).
• 2-4 years’ experience in related fields.
• Understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping software may be required.
• Reviewing and improving processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations and processes is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works and resolves licensing case types including IFTA/IRP, permits, HUT2290, and refunds with accuracy.
• Handles vehicle-level and account-based cases, showing versatility in Licensing operations.
• Investigates and resolves rejected cases and supports teammates as needed.
• Utilizes the DMV Terminal to complete cases efficiently and in compliance.
• Authors and updates knowledge articles for team and client use.
