Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint).
• 3–5 years’ experience in a document operations, legal, or compliance-related function.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages team’s daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Analyzes and reports on team operations and performance with insights for strategic decisions.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitors KPIs and SLAs to ensure targets are met.
• Provides training and coaching to team members for continuous learning.
• Reviews and approves new or updated pre-requisite rules; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates and approves knowledge articles for accuracy and accessibility.
• Balances workload and PTO planning to maintain continuity.
• Sets priorities to meet daily deadlines and plans for short-term objectives.
• Leads change management within the team and removes barriers to collaboration.
